I misplaced my certificate and I am really in need of it

Good afternoon, My child along with other students who wrote CSEC 2024 through a private institution was given an ungraded result. An investigation with the cxc body was being conducted but to this date I have not been given a response on the status of the investigation. When the schools are contacted, I am told that it is still with the cxc body. It has been almost 1 tear now and my daughter needs her certificate.

Hi, I did 2 subjects in 2020, have not received the certificate with my passes, how can I get it?

I am trying to replace my CXC certificate but I do not have the center number nor do I have the student number because it was so long ago how do I go about doing the application?
