Error in name

Hi my name is Kumar Kirpalani and I am sitting English and Mathematics in the 2017 May/June exam through my school the "Christ Church Foundation School". When I received my timetable for the exam under candidate name I saw Kirpalani/Kumar T. The T is not supposed to be there as I have no middle name. How would I resolve this matter?

Please notify your centre/ school of the error as soon as possible to have the matter corrected before results are issued in August 2017.
